How do we Book?
Booking 'Fossils Venture' is easy! Either email or telephone us to check availability.

To secure a confirmed booking in advance we require a 50% deposit of the total fee. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days in advance.

For bookings within 14 days the total fee will be required to be paid at the time of your reservation.

What happens if we cancel?

In the case of cancellations:

By You – If notice of cancellation is given at least 14 days prior to booked date, 95% refund given. If less than 14 days, refund given only if we can re-book the date.

By Us – All payments will be refunded or alternative dates offered

Do I need to understand about boats to enjoy my cruise?
You need no experience of cruising or boats to enjoy your time on 'Fossils Venture' – we will look after everything for you. You just have to enjoy your experience and the beautiful scenery.

Is it suitable for children?
There is no age limit on board. We do however ask that you supervise children at all times throughout the cruise.

Children’s life jackets are mandatory and available on board 'Fossils Venture'.

Can I smoke on board?
For safety and fire hazard and for the comfort of all guests you are requested not to smoke whilst on board the vessel.

Is my dog/cat/hamster/giraffe allowed on board?
We are not Noah’s Ark and respectfully ask you to make alternative arrangements for your pets.

What time do we need to arrive?
We would ask you to be at North Quay 15 minutes prior to departure time to allow for boarding and a short safety briefing.

Where do we meet?
Please wait by our liveried vehicle on the quay and your skipper will greet you.
