Clive Singleton - Skipper

Born and bred in Cornwall, I’ve had a varied career path until 1989 when I purchased a small haulage business which has gone from strength to strength.

For as long as I can remember I have had two passions in life, trucks and boats. Some might say the kid in me never really grew up, so having owned and operated trucks, it seemed natural to apply the knowledge I had gained from owning my own truck business and hiring boats every weekend, to starting my own boating business.

My wife Lynne and I formed a new division of our company early in 2003 which is now known as Cornwall Power Cruises. We purchased a small sportcruiser at first and assembled an array of interesting and fun itineraries which we practiced on friends and family! With requests beginning to grow, we decided to invest in a Doral Sports Cruiser and finally a brand new Sealine F37 Flybridge Cruiser which we proudly launched in late October 2005.

I am a fully licensed and qualified Yachtmaster Offshore skipper (Commercially Endorsed), RYA Cruising Instructor, trained in powerboat handling, navigation, sea survival and first aid to RYA standards.

Above all I am passionate about our new adventure and would welcome everyone to come and enjoy the experience with us. You will not be disappointed.
