Private Charter

The unhurried pace of the coast offers you the perfect opportunity to kick off your shoes, relax and soak up the beauty of your surroundings.

Smugglers CottageWe are always thrilled when new ideas are proposed and our aim is to turn your dreams into reality. When discussing the private charter of the MV 'Fossils Venture', let your imagination run riot as you picture your perfect day and let us do the rest.

Arriving at the Visitors Yacht Haven, North Quay, Falmouth you will be met by Clive Singleton who will be your skipper and guide for the day. All you have to do is dress for the weather and climb aboard.

On a private chartered power cruise you can relax... safe in the hands of a professionally  fully qualified skipper who delights in showing you his part of the world. The entire day will be tailor-made to your requirements with flexibility and personal attention.

The Helford RiverYou may discuss when making your reservation whether you would prefer to picnic off the boat for lunch in a secluded bay or beach or choose to stay on board and enjoy the luxurious comforts of the MV 'Fossils Venture'. We carry a tender & outboard with us so anywhere is possible!. The choice is yours.

Generally, a half day cruise will begin at 10.00am or 2.00pm and last for approximately 3.5 hrs. Alternatively a full day cruise will begin at 10.00am and return to Falmouth at approximately 5.00pm. At the time of your reservation we may discuss the possibility of meeting earlier or staying out later to take advantage of sunrise and sunset!
